HypnoBirthing Courses ~ for couples and their birthing companions

• Courses are held over five weeks, 1 session of 2.5hrs per week either, Friday evenings or Sundays   
• The Course is for you, your husband/partner and whoever is attending your birth eg. birthing companion, mother, sister
• Please enquire about Private consultations and Group courses 
• Courses are held in Sydney, NSW ~ on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore
• Please enquire as early as possible in your pregnancy and book early to ensure your place
• A non-refunable deposit of $100 is required to secure your place in the course with the balance payable upon commencement.

• Marie Mongan's book "HypnoBirthing ~ The Mongan Method"
• All course notes and materials in a personalised folder
• 2 @ relaxation Cd's
• Healthy snacks and drinks
