Hello, my name is Helen Scard.  I have conceived, carried, birthed and continue to nurture my own family which includes one cat, one dog and a turtle and we are all blessed to live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW.  

 

I have always held an interest in people and I enjoy empowering others and making people feel better.   This interest has over the years developed into a deeper interest including, but not exclusively, into Women's Health.  Together with weekly Yoga & Meditation classes, I also teach pre-natal Yoga for Pregnancy at RNS Public Hospital, St. Leonards and am Guest Lecturer to the Yoga for Special Needs - Prenatal Yoga at Nature Care College.  I also teach Stress Management to companies and individuals.

 

Qualifications:

  • HypnoBirthing® Certified Educator with the HypnoBirthing® Institute (USA)
  • Diploma of Health (Yoga) from Nature Care College, Sydney
  • Diploma in Remedial Massage
  • Reiki III Master
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
